ORDER PROCESSING
& SHIPPING TIME:
On PayPal, credit card payments are submitted in real time; however,
electronic check payments can take up to 5 business days to clear. Merchandise will not be shipped until payment has cleared PayPal.
You will receive an
order confirmation email at the email address you use to submit your
payment via PayPal. That email will confirm that your order has been
received, and provide you with the following details regarding timing of
order processing and shipment:
Online
orders for customers who live within the United States are
processed by Squirrelly Girls, Inc., within 3 to 4 business days, and are
then shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service.
The Post Office estimates a delivery time of 2 to 3 days with Priority
Mail, but does not guarantee delivery within that time.
Generally, customers can expect to receive their online orders in about a
week (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a
SHIPPING confirmation from the U.S. Post Office at the email address you
provide when you submit your order, to confirm that your order has been
shipped including the tracking number.
Due to the extremely
high cost associated with expedited shipping services, Squirrelly
Girls, Inc. does not offer overnight shipping services, such as FedEx
or UPS Overnight. |
