Chick Party Recipes: Kari's World-Famous Hot Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped up
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Rotel™ tomatoes and chilies (strained)
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl combine all ingredients except shredded cheese. Place in baking dish, top with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with crackers or baked pita bread.
